French Alphabet blocks made of solid Cherry hardwood, permanently engraved on ALL SIX sides with uppercase letters, numbers and two animal graphics per block with French animal name detailed underneath graphic. PERSONALIZED NAME BLOCKS
Allow us to personalize your set of blocks to ensure they can spell out a child's name. Personalization ensures each letter of the name is lasered onto it's own block (avoiding multiple letters of a child's name ending up on the same block). Once the name is laid out, the remaining block sides will be filled with the rest of the alphabet. Once the full alphabet is complete, numerals(0-9) we will added (provided their is room on blocks).

PACKAGING Blocks are packed in a sturdy white cardboard gift-box and nestled tightly with up-cycled paper shredding, wood shavings or crinkle paper.
CLEANING PRACTICES Wipe with a damp cloth and let air dry. Never soak or immerse wood blocks in water. Our blocks are unfinished and therefor too much exposure to water will lead to wood expanding/cracking/raising of the woodgrain and losing their smooth sanded surface.
SAFETY Our blocks are made of unfinished laser-etched (burnt) wood and should not be allowed to be chewed or sucked on. At 1.75" our blocks make the perfect baby room decoration until children are past the mouthing phase.
Our blocks are hand-crafted in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Our wood blocks are milled locally and then brought to our community workshop where they are laser etched, sanded, routed and packaged.
In 2020 we removed all plastic packaging from our offerings.
We also use upcycled paper shredding from local businesses instead of manufactured crinkle paper.
We are continually trying out new materials and packaging solutions to ensure our blocks get to you with minimal waste and impact on the environment.

If over time edges become less smooth, blocks can be sanded back down to their original smoothness with 220+ grit sandpaper. This can also be used to remove tough stains like blueberry. (It's happend).
